With Indigo Event Design, you aren't just renting decorations. You are receiving the support and leadership of a full decor service. We custom-create, deliver, assemble, and arrange your event decor for you, and after your event we do the tear-down and removal as well. You don't have to worry about a thing and are free to enjoy your special day! Our decor includes custom centerpieces, archways, string lighting, draping, tableware, floral, backdrops, linens, mandaps, garlands, up-lighting, religious decor, canopies, chuppahs, and more.

When it comes to planning a wedding or large event there are a million different decisions to make that can become very overwhelming. We love to help mitigate that stress by coming alongside our clients, meeting them in person at their venue, helping them decide on everything from the small details like napkin folds to big-picture decorations and even the best layout for event flow.
If you already know exactly what you’re looking for in regards to decor, we can help you figure out the logistics of what you need, where to place everything, or even how to make it yourself (for those DIY-ers). Or if you come to us with a jumble of different ideas, or even no ideas at all, let us help you come up with a cohesive event design. We can also help with color scheme, or theme development, idea inspirations, and more

Remote Design Consultation
Having a DIY Wedding or Bar/Bat Mitzvah and need some support? Do you have a Pinterest board and you you don't know what to do next? If you are outside of the the greater Portland Metro area, and you need some help, we offer remote design consultations. Rebecca will personally talk you though any issues or questions you have via FaceTime Skype, or Zoom. Rebecca can help you with color scheme selection, DIY decor making and crafting, table setting rules and ideas, room layout, decor and design inspiration, mood boards, or even just taking your different ideas and making them into a cohesive whole.
PRICE: $60 an hour
Example Day-of Wedding Coordination Services
Wedding support, consultation, and advice via phone and email the month leading up to your wedding
Wedding Day Timeline provided to all vendors and wedding party
1 hour wedding rehearsal support
Setting up programs
Coordinating with the DJ, musicians, florist, venue, and photographer (letting them know where to go and how to set up)
Distributing boutonnieres and bouquets
Ensuring the groomsmen and other bridal party have arrived and are in place
Directing musicians when to begin playing, or cueing up other types of music
Cueing groom, bridal party, and bride when to start walking down the aisle
Gathering the appropriate people for pictures
Ensuring the photographer takes all pictures from the “must shoot” list
Ensuring proper food flow
Distributing final payments
Handling any ceremony or reception emergencies
Carrying an emergency kit
Tearing down and cleaning up afterwards

DIY Decor Support
If you already have, or want to make your own Wedding or Bar/ Bat Mitzvah decorations but you need someone to set-up and arrange them for you, this is the perfect service for you. On your special day the last thing you want to do is stress about setting up your decorations, so let us set up your decorations for you so you can focus on what's most important.
If you don't have your decorations or your decorations include floral arrangement, our Full Decor Service is the best fit for you.
PRICE: $300 for a 2 person team for 4 hours.
Additional hours are $75 an hour.
